Vacation rental high level : all the year

All of the house and the garden are at your disposal.
Accomodation for 10 to 15 people (+ small traditional house for 2 / 4 people). 
Rental all the year, week or short term stays (minimum 2 nights). Christmas and New year. 
For the week, the rental starts on friday evening (6 pm), until the following friday in the morning (10 am). 

Rental of the small traditional house only, in middle or low seasons, for 2 people is perfect (+ 2 unpermanent beds) for 400 euros for a week and short journey 200 euros for 2 nights.

A deposit of 2500 euros for all rentals. 

Price for the week-end or short journeys : (excluded high or very high seasons) : the first price is for 2 nights 1400 euros. Small traditional house 100 euros, in additional.  
Special conditions for Christmas and New year : the short journey is minimum for 3 nights. 

Services included :

The supply of household linen and preparation of beds on the day of arrival.
The cleaning at the end of your stay.
A wood supply for the fireplace, the barbecue and the bread oven. 
Heating in winter, internet acces.
A box of products/detergents for the dish-washer and the washing- machine.

Others points : 

Pets are not allowed. The inside of the house is non-smoking.
